Christmas shop with confidence! All items ordered from 1st October 2019 are valid for a return / refund until 31st January 2020 if the item is unwanted.
Don’t like the item? No problem, just send your unwanted gift back with the enclosed returns form and receive a full refund, providing that the item is in the same condition as you received it. If items are faulty please see our section on faulty goods.
Nearly all refunds are processed the day they are received!
Took you a while to change your mind? No problem, we will exchange your timepiece/band or refund your order (less any shipping, customization, engraving, & sizing fees). We will charge a flat 15% restocking fee and ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us.
We highly recommend taking the watch to a jewelry/watch store in your local mall who’ll do it for you! It’s fairly cheap and sometimes they even do it for free since its such a quick job.
If you’d like to do it yourself, its fairly easy to do. You can push any small metal pin into the holes on the left side of the straps near the clasp to push out the metal bar that connects the links. Once the link is removed, reconnect the strap with one of the metal bars you removed.
We like to say our watches are splash proof. Feel free to wash your hands or come in contact with small amounts of water. Cliff jumping off of a 100-foot cliff into the pacific ocean is not recommended.
*Considering we use 100% all-natural wood, prolonged exposure to water isn’t recommended. Over time water will penetrate the wood and can leave stains.
We understand you’re super excited to receive your products, we are too! Unfortunately, the teleportation machine we’ve been working on is still in production and so we have to ship using shipping companies which sometimes experience delays.
In all seriousness, if your order is taking longer than expected or the tracking link hasn’t shown movement in ages, shoot us an email and we’ll get to the bottom of it for you.
Product Specs
All our wooden/metal strap watches, come with removable links making them fully adjustable to fit all wrist sizes. Our leather strap watches have more than enough holes making them suitable for everyone!
We highly recommend taking the watch to a jewelry/watch store in your local mall who’ll do it for you! It’s fairly cheap and sometimes they even do it for free since its such a quick job.
- Quartz – the movement causes the second hand to move in individual ticks. Powered by a battery.
- Mechanical – the movement will cause the second hand to move in a smooth sweeping motion. The watch requires manual winding to operate.
- Automatic – kinetic energy from the wearer’s wrist is transferred automatically to drive the mechanism inside the watch.
For most of our watches we use a high quality, high precision, Japanese Quartz Movement.
Our Skeleton collection features a Japanese Automatic Movement and so it doesn’t have a battery – it’s powered through your everyday motions! It can also be wound if you haven’t worn it for a while!
Shipping
* Some countries require a door-to-door courier service in order for packages to be delivered successfully and so the free shipping option is not available. These countries include: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, UAE, South Africa, Brazil, and Kuwait.

For Canadian orders, shipping usually takes 7-15 business days.
For International orders, shipping usually takes 7-15 business days.
Our processing time is usually 1-2 business days depending on demand. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as it’s shipped!
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 14 days.
While we use extra packing material to make sure everything arrives in one piece, there is that 1% of the time where it almost seems like the post office has been playing bowling with the package. If there are any problems, shoot us an email using our contact page and we’ll make sure to get it sorted out for you!
Warranty
We offer a 3 month manufacturer warranty which covers all internal defects. This includes things such as the watch stops ticking or on any internal components that malfunction.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer accidental damage warranty coverage – we wanted to make our watches as affordable as possible and so we didn’t built any replacement costs due to accidental damage into the price of our watches.
We’re humans too so if there are any issues, shoot us an email and we’ll see what we can do for you!
We recommend getting the band adjusted by a watch or jewelry shop if needed, just because of the nature of wooden products being more fragile than typical all metal straps, and we wouldn’t want to damage the watch! It’s fairly cheap and sometimes they’ll even do it for free since it’s such quick job!
